Kronki takes full control of Arsenal

After Alisher Osmanov gave up his share of the club

American businessman Stan Kronki has completed his takeover of Arsenal after exceeding 90% of the available shares.

Kronki has reached a final deal with his former Arsenal partner Alisher Osmanov to give up his stake in the club.
Osmanov decided to sell his stake at £ 600 million, after all his attempts failed to buy the club for him.

This came in an official statement published by the group of shareholders of Arsenal, confirming that Kronki has become entitled to full control of the club.
Forcing shareholders to sell their property for less than £ 30,000 a share.
Arsenal recently abandoned the club’s executive director, Ivan Jazidis, who left for Milan
